My inspiration for opening up Smooth Operations would be the lack of interest in turning our waxing needs into a concept salon. There seems to be a salon for all of our other beauty needs, i.e. hair, nails, tanning, massage, facials etc. Its time we make our depilatory needs a priority as well.
